Redrob Candidate Ranker — Sandbox

Upload up to 100 candidate records (.jsonl or .json, same schema as candidates.jsonl). The app runs the full hybrid + rerank pipeline live and returns a ranked CSV. (The graded rank.py uses precomputed artifacts; this demo embeds the small sample on the fly.)
